Mjukglass
Yesterday my buddy Sara and I took a trip to the "city" (Borås). We did some shopping...window-shopping actually because none of us two were in the mood to shop (I know, pretty unbelievable!) and the only thing we wanted to do was to eat ice-cream (real "mjukglass"). Jensen´s Böfhus became our lovely stop for two hours. Exhausted from a day´s work we sat there enjoying the sun, made plans for our Paris-trip and tried to decide what sort of dessert we were in the mood for.
This is what I ordered: one cappuccino with chocolate while awaiting the grand finale: one crispy waffle with vanilla ice-cream, hazelnuts and strawberry sauce. I didn´t taste as good as it looked...it was even better!
