Simple Luncheon Chicken Salad
6 cups mixed salad greens, 1/2 red pepper; cut into strips, 1/2 small red onion; sliced, Chicken Breast cut into strips,
1 tbsp olive oil,1 orange; orange wedges, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp dijon mustard, freshly ground pepper.
