Healthy breakfast choice!

To make this delicious smoothie mix plain lowfat yoghurt and crushed pineapple. Add milk and blend on high. Pour in glasses and garnish with wipped topping and toasted coconut. If you wish you can also add vanilla pudding and blend together with yoghurt and pineapple. Enjoy!
